Hanging Gardens Of Bali was worth every penny. The room was incredibly comfortable and the remote jungle location provided a peaceful and scenic getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from thoughtful gifts to excellent service.

Place, weather, privet pool, another world

They did not maintain the heater or daily check up for the hot water in the privet pool

I really loved the view it was amazing facing the forests and the mountains near the lack but it was so scary at night.

What I did not like the private pool was open so people in restaurants and other villas could see us clearly and because am Muslim I felt un comfortable and I didn’t get my privacy.Staff just cares about money. This hotel needs to improve its customer satisfactions by training their staff intensively.

The hotel offers fantastic facilities, beautiful gardens and a great location next to the river. The staff members are polite and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast served each morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and the experience was luxurious. the staff was attentive and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool was scenic and relaxing, perfect for an afternoon of sunbathing. the spa & wellness centre offered exceptional treatments and massages. the room advantages were stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. the Restaurant offered an exquisite halal food menu with an extensive drinks list. Finally, the location advantages were ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Despite this, there were plenty of outdoor areas such as the BBQ facilities and garden area for some peaceful moments.
